The Monteverde TrainForest Railway travels over a real railroad bed for about 4 miles through the Cloud Forest going through one tunnel and crossing 4 amazing bridges.
The Trainforest Rainforest Railroad has two locomotives with three very save coaches each.
Each train is capable of carrying as many as 72 passengers while travelling through the cloud forest and it natural richness that shelters one of the world's most famous tropical forests.
The tour lasts about 90 minutes and there are available departure every hour between 7:00am and 5:00pm.
The adult rate is $65.00 per person.
The Student Rate with Student ID card is $32.50 per student.
Children under 12 years old FREE when travelling with an adult. (1 child per 1 adult).
